Before you download: The first release is planned as a direct download without Apple Developer ID signing or notarization. macOS may block the first launch because Apple cannot verify the app. Read the installation steps and first-open warning before deciding to install.

Before leaving a task running: keep your Mac powered on and awake and the exact configured ChatGPT Desktop or supported Codex host running when the task can continue. The display may sleep; the Mac itself must be awake for execution. Closing a MacBook lid normally suspends it unless you have a supported clamshell arrangement. If the host is closed, Continua waits for that same host rather than switching threads or apps. Continua does not bypass Codex quota or macOS sleep. Read the operating FAQ.
Protect your work: Codex may change or delete project files. Keep version control or backups and review the permissions already granted to your task. Continuation cannot be guaranteed after upstream compatibility changes.

We aim to maintain supported Continua 1.x versions. Your purchase includes any 1.x fixes and updates we release. It does not promise an update schedule, indefinite maintenance, future major versions or compatibility with every future macOS or Codex release. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

What will I be charged, and can I cancel?
Choose £18.99 once for a non-expiring Continua 1.x licence, or £12.99/year for access while subscribed. Only the annual option automatically renews at £12.99/year unless cancelled. Manage billing and cancel future renewal online when subscriptions are enabled. Cancellation is different from pausing Continua or removing a Mac. Any future price change would require applicable notice and provider handling.
Does Continua bypass Codex usage limits?
No. Continua waits for the genuine reset and continues only when the supported environment can be verified and usage is available again.
What if ChatGPT or Codex changes?
Any 1.x compatibility updates we release are included. We do not promise indefinite maintenance or a fixed update schedule. No utility can promise compatibility with every future upstream release; Continua fails safe if its environment cannot be verified.
